PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES/ODDS:
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of up to $10,000 to be used towards higher education (the “Scholarship“) as described below and a trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to Albuquerque, NM to attend the Gildan New Mexico Bowl (the “Bowl Game“) on December 15, 2012 (the “Trip“). The Trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and up to three (3) guests from the major airport nearest winner’s home to Albuquerque, NM, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), four (4) admission tickets to the Gildan New Mexico Bowl, and $2,000 spending money. The final amount of the Scholarship will be determined during the Gildan New Mexico Bowl. At the start of the Bowl Game, the amount of the Scholarship will be $2,000. For each touchdown scored by either team during the Bowl Game, the Scholarship will be increased by $1,000. $8,000 is the maximum amount that may be added to the Scholarship as a result of either team scoring a touchdown. In the event more than eight (8) touchdowns are scored during the Bowl Game, the total value of the Scholarship will remain at $10,000. The minimum value of the Scholarship will be $2,000. The maximum value of the Scholarship will be $10,000 depending on the number of touchdowns scored during the Bowl Game. The approximate retail value (“ARV“) of the Grand Prize is a maximum of $17,000.
